A witness, who lived near the crash scene, said that he saw a motorcycle laying on the ground. When he looked to his left, about 10 feet away or less, he saw a woman face down. The witness also stated that when he ran to the scene, it was pitch black outside. He believed that the construction on Leestown Road contributed to the crash because there were no street lights.
