All of my questions were answered. The process and procedures were explained clearly and I knew what to expect. I appreciated the patience of the staff and Mike when I was emotional and in pain and trying to get answers to questions about billing and accessing care. My experience with The Schafer Law Office was positive overall for a very difficult experience.
