Nathan C. v. Lovett (Kentucky Farm Bureau) – February 2010The case settled for $90,000. This was awarded to a 27-year-old who had just moved from Tennessee and was working at temporary jobs. Nathan was riding his bicycle at night in Calloway County, Kentucky when a Dodge Ram truck struck him. Our client was thrown to the pavement and hit his head on the curb. As a result of the accident, he had a concussion, fractured his wrist and hand and also injured his knee.
