Jannie L. v. Green (SafeCo Insurance Co.) – January 2011The case settled for $25,000 (Policy Limits). This was awarded to a 53-year-old woman who was hit by a car while sitting in a lawn chair in the backyard at a party. She fell from her chair which caused her injuries.
