Nicholas B. v. Foerster (State Farm) – May 2010The case settled for $25,000 (Policy Limits). This was awarded to a 24-year-old unemployed passenger in a vehicle driven by a friend. The driver lost control of the vehicle and crashed into an embankment. Our client dislocated his hip in the accident which required surgery. Unfortunately, Nicholas did not own a car and was unable to make an Underinsured Motorist claim.
