Connie G. v. Andersen (USAA Insurance Co.) – March 2002 – Jefferson Circuit Court, Case No. 01-CI-03420The case settled for $55,000. This was awarded to a 57-year-old woman who suffered a fractured arm and wrist as a result of a T-bone automobile collision. Connie was making a left-hand turn out of a parking lot in heavy traffic. She was waived through by cars that were stopped in traffic.
