Kevin D. v. Rubens (USAA Casualty Insurance Co.) – May 2012The case settled for $425,000 (Policy Limit). This was awarded to a 42-year-old engineer. He was hit by a semi-truck after a drunk driver went over the center line and collided with a semi-truck.
