Tara M. v. Bryant (Grange Insurance Co.) – October 2010The case settled for $50,000 (Policy Limits). This was awarded to a 25-year-old pizza delivery person who fractured her leg in an automobile accident on Preston Highway. Surgery was required to repair the fracture. Tara’s car had been in an accident where the unknown driver fled the accident scene. Tara put her flashers on and inspected the damage. While she was looking at the damage to her rear bumper she was struck by another car and pinned between the bumpers of the two cars.
