Friday night on La Grange Road in Shelbyville , Kentucky an accident took the life of Thomas A. Alvarado. Alvarado was 38 years old and a resident of La Grange, Kentucky.
The accident occurred when the car he was driving was struck by another car being driven by Roy L. Mullins of Monroe, Ohio. At this point it is not known why the car being driven by Mullins crossed the center line. The consequence of this crossover was striking Alvarado’s car head on.
