Q: What does the term “no fault insurance” mean?

A: In Kentucky no fault insurance means that your insurance company regardless of whose fault will pay your medical bills the accident is. It has nothing to do with whose fault the accident is, but only the payment of your medical bills ( not your pain and suffering ). They will also pay for loss wages up to $200.00 per week unless you have added reparations benefits.
