Q: Should I take pictures at the scene of the accident?

A: Pictures are always helpful in the litigation of an automobile accident case. Do not place yourself in danger in taking photographs, however, if you have a camera available it would be a good idea to take pictures of the accident scene and all vehicles involved at the time of the accident. You should definitely take pictures of your car before it is repaired.
