Q: If I was hit by a car while on my bike and the car had no insurance can I still recover?

A:

Yes, if you had uninsured motorist coverage on your own vehicle you can recover money for your pain and suffering from your insurance company.  You may also sue the driver of the car individually and collect any assets that he or she may have.  Your medical bills would be paid by your PIP insurance.
