Q: If I am hit by somebody that leaves the scene of the accident and I don’t know who they are, is there anything I can do?

A: Yes, you are still entitled to benefits under your PIP or no fault coverage for medical treatment.  Additionally, you may have uninsured motorist coverage that would take care of your pain and suffering in this situation.
