Will Driving Video Prevent Texting and Driving?
Texting and driving is dangerous, yet there are teenage drivers that do it as a common practice everyday. This driver inattention is one of the leading causes of fatal accidents in Kentucky. For those of you that haven't seen the UK texting and driving ad on You Tube, it is very graphic and powerful. Should our teenage drivers in Kentucky be allowed to watch it? Should high schools preempt it's showing? Will this prevent automobile accidents?
