What is a Kentucky Accident Case Worth?

The amount of money the insurance company offers on settlements may seem arbitrary but it is usually the result of a computer program employed by the insurance company.

I have just posted an article in my news section of my website that explains how these programs work.  The basic premise is that the adjuster will take the facts of the case and enter them into these programs and the program will determine a value range.  The benefit is for the insurance company.  By using these programs they take the emotion out of the decision making process.

In this article I outline how the cases used to be evaluated by the attorneys and the adjusters and now how it is all automated.   I have also explained why it is so important for Kentucky accident victims to give their attorneys’ every bit of information available.  As an attorney I want the playing field to be level for the consumers of Kentucky.
