Workers on Kentucky Roadway Killed in Collision-Kentucky Fatal Accident Attorney

TYPE: Two road workers killed when tractor-trailer collided with them.
An accident Monday morning in Pike County Kentucky has taken the lives of two men. The accident occurred on Route 1499 in Mouthcard, Kentucky where the two victims were putting up road warning signs alerting travelers of up coming tree work. The tractor-trailer collided with the two men causing their immediate death.
The two victims identities have been released by the
Kentucky State Police; Kevin D. Jones, age 32 of Dorton, Kentucky and Paul Williamson, age 20 from Harold, Kentucky. The driver of the truck has been identified as Arthur Davis, age 44 from Blackwood, South Carolina.
Mr. Davis has been arrested and charged with No Operators License, No Commercial Operators License, Log Book Not Up-to-Date and a radar Detector in a Commercial Vehicle.
My condolences go out to the family and friends of these two young men. We all need to slow down anytime there is any sort of
road work, going on, there are workers and these tragedies could be prevented.
