Fatal Motorcycle Accident in Lexington

A man driving a motorcycle suffered a terrible injury that caused an end to his life.
According to the report, the accident happened 1:45 a.m. Monday in Lexington, Kentucky. Witnesses of the accident said that the motorcyclist was wearing a helmet but was traveling along the inner lanes of Man O War at a very high speed, higher than the recommended speed limit. He lost control of the bike on a curve then struck a tree and a light pole. He was moved from the bike and the evidence of his tremendous head injury was clearly seen.
The motorcyclist was taken to University of Kentucky Hospital and in a short while he was pronounced dead. The officials have not released the name of the victim.
Man ‘O War was still closed at 5 a.m. to investigate the area of the accident and the Police are hoping to reopen the road before the morning rush.
The man in the accident was wearing his safety gear but due to speeding he still suffered a dreadful injury that caused his death. Let us always be reminded to follow driving rules for our safety.
