Social Media Warning For Kentucky Accident Victims

Can Social Media Really Hurt Your Kentucky Accident Case? Kentucky Auto Accident Attorney

Anyone who is the parent of a teenager has had the conversation with their kids about internet safety.  These rants can be focused on keeping your kids safe from predators as well as bullies from their school or social sphere.  The common message to these kids is to be careful about what you post.  A good rule of thumb is to remember that if there is anything you don’t want the world to know you shouldn’t post it on the internet.

The most popular social media sites include Facebook, Twitter and Myspace and are all visited daily by millions of people all over the world.  I posted an article today on how you as an accident victim in Kentucky can protect yourself from damaging your case by taking a little more caution when utilizing social media.  In my article I cited a case where the accident victim lost several thousand dollars after posting a picture on Facebook.

If you have been in an accident in Kentucky as well as anywhere else it is important for you to read this article to protect yourself and your case.  Remember the advice you give your children; unless you want the whole world to know it is best not put on your social media site.

That just sounds so unfair that they can just lower it like that. I know plenty of people who don't give up on a sport because they got injured. Just because they keep on doing it doesn't mean that they weren't injured. They might never be able to do it to the best of their ability like they could before.
