Breaking news! Reporter would say, “Two people were dead on the spot and two others were seriously injured when their car was hit by a truck of a drunken driver…a child was sexually abused by a stranger… a driver got killed on a motorcycle accident”. These are just some of incidents in the news that occur everyday.
Sometimes, it doesn’t shock us anymore because it happens frequently. But these fatal accidents that caused other people into a wrongful death eventually shock the people involved and their loved ones. It is difficult to accept that you lose the people dear to you because of the negligence of other people.
It is very hard to deal over a loss of someone who is close to you who brought a big meaning to your life. These may result to neglecting your own self. It takes a lot of time and adjustment to recover over your loss.
There are certain ways that you can do in order to grieve on your own. Spend some time alone or with someone and release your emotions, you may cry out loud or shout as loud as you can. Then have time to plan activities that will give you relaxation and things that you really enjoy. It might be having a bubbly bath on a hot tub, curling up on bed or might be walking on a beach. It will give you so much time to think and gives you peace of mind in order to let go of the pain and gather strength to continue on living.
