Myth:  Kentucky Accident Case =Winning Lottery-Kentucky Accident Attorney Dispels Myth

If you are a Kentuckian and have been in an accident please know that you have not just won the lottery.  In other words, don't be under the impression that you will automatically get a big bag of money.  This is not the case in Kentucky as well as many other states.

I just posted an article to my website that explaines why this is not the case.  There are several factors that go into an accident case that make it difficult.  It has to be proven that the accident was not the fault of the victim.  Also, it has to be proven that the injuries sustained by the victim were indeed the result of the accident.  Then if the case ids before the jury they have to put a price on the injuries.

This can be a long and frustrating ordeal for the injured and their families but having this knowledge beforehand will hopefully make the road easier to travel.
