Kentucky Accident Attorney Explains to Victims When to Settle Their Case

I have spent the past 20 plus years working as an attorney in the field of accidents.  A few of those years in an insurance defense firm.  Since then I have been fighting for the rights of accident victims against the insurance industry.

I just posted an article on my website which will beneficial to all accident victims in Kentucky.  In this article I have outlined when the best time to settle an accident case is.  I address what needs to be in place for the most fair settlement for the accident victim and also explain some of the tricks or ploys the insurance industry utilizes to lower the settlement for the victim.
