One month ago the world lost a very special young man in a horrible car crash. Connor Larimore, aged 11, was in the car with his father and younger brother going to church. Traveling down Highway 22 a collision occurred with another car. Connor , as well as his father and brother, suffered serious injuries. They were all transported to the hospital where Connor died two days later. His brother suffered broken bones while his father suffered many broken bones in both legs as well as back injuries. Mr. Larimore’s recovery and rehabilitation may take several years.
This particular accident has had a personal effect on my family. Connor was a former student of my wife’s and spent time with my daughter playing computer games. What they have both said about Connor is what a kind-hearted person he was. He always had a smile to give. His work ethic was very strong and was always appreciative of everyone. The world is a little darker because this polite and brilliant young man is gone.
Connor was a great student and involved in golf, baseball, basketball, youth group and sang in the choir at church. Expressions of sympathy can be made to:
