
Fatal Accident In Madison County Kentucky May Have Been Caused By Alcohol-Kentucky Wrongful Death Attorney

According to Kentucky State Police 59-year-old Archie Hurley was killed last night when his truck collided with another truck on Ky. 52 in Madison County, Kentucky. Hurley was traveling eastbound in his pickup truck when another pickup truck crossed the center line causing the collision.
Hurley was pronounced dead at the scene by Madison County Coroner police said. A passenger in Hurley’s truck, Patsey Hurley, 45, of Irvine, and the driver of the other truck, Keiley Harrison, 24 of Richmond, were transported to University of Kentucky Hospital by Madison County EMS. Both Patsey Hurley and Harrrison suffered facial injuries while Harrison also received injuries to her leg. The police have reported that the Hurleys were not wearing their seat belts, but Harrison was. The cause of the crossover has not yet been determined but early determinations show that alcohol may have been a factor. It is never a good idea to drive while under the influence.
