How Could the Munfordville, Kentucky Tragedy Have Been Prevented-Louisville, Kentucky Accident Attorney

TYPE: The trucking company involved in fatal crossover accident on I-65 had poor safety rating.
I just posted an article on my Kentucky Accident Attorney site about the horrific accident on I-65 that claimed the lives of 11 people. Since that tragedy the investigations has shown several issues with the trucking company.
The tractor trailer carrying auto parts crossed the center line striking a van head on, killing not only the driver of the truck but 10 occupants of the van. The National Transportation and Safety Board have investigated this incident and have released some of their findings that are scary.
The trucking company has been given a poor safety rating and has repeatedly failed roadside inspections. A spokesman for the American Trucking Association has indicated that based on the safety score the trucking company should not have been in operation.
It is impossible to say whether this accident could have been prevented but it makes me wonder if all is being done to keep our roads safe
