There was breaking news of a fatal auto crash early Sunday of January 30, 2011 in McLean County, Ky. According to Kentucky State Police news release the Police found a 1996 Chrysler Sebring in a ditch off the side of Kentucky 56 about three miles west of Beech Grove, Ky.
There were four people in the car : Whitley P. Bennett of Beech Grove, 19-year-old, as the driver, Kendra Johnson of Henderson, Ky., 18-year-old, Javon Burton of Evansville, 20-year-old and Hakeem Harris of Evansville also, 18-year-old, who unfortunately did not survived in the car accident and was found dead on the spot by the Police. The three survivors with injuries were taken directly to the Hospitals.
Records state that the driver, Bennett, swerved to avoid a deer and unluckily the car went off the road and struck a group of trees in a field before coming to rest. Also, it was ascertained by the Police that Harris who was found dead at the scene was the only one not wearing a seat belt.
Even in one car accidents those injured Kentucky can make a claim for their injuries with their insurance company or the insurance company of the car they were a passenger in. Accidents are often unavoidable and our sympathy and condolences go out to the victms and their families.
