Am I Responsible if Another Car Causes the Accident? A Response From Louisville Car Accident Attorney

We have all been there.  Driving down the road when we need to swerve to miss another car.  Sometimes that swerve is safe, others not so much. If we either cross the line into the path of another vehicle, drive off the road possibly hitting a tree or worse a pedestrian/cyclist is the accident our fault?  Can we be held responsible?

In an article I posted on my website I have addressed this question.  To read the entire article go to www.mikeschaferlaw.com
