A Popular Car Seat Adapter Is Being Recalled

Joovy Zoom Car Seat Adapters sold between May 2012 and August 2013 have been recalled. They were recalled because the adapter clips can loosen on the stroller frame posing a fall hazard. The recall involved about 1,500 Joovy’s Zoom gray metal car seat stroller adapters. The model numbers for the recalled products are 00945 for Graco, 00946 for Chicco and 00947 for Peg Perego frames. The model numbers can be found on the label at the center of the end bar of the adapter.
