Julie is in charge of obtaining and maintaining each client’s medical records once maximum medical improvement has been reached.  She will investigate the facts to ensure that all relevant information is obtained and reviewed.  Additionally, she works directly with Mike to prepare settlement brochures that will be forwarded to the at-fault insurance carrier.  Julie is constantly on the phones with the medical providers following up on record and billing requests.  Julie is also available to schedule appointments when Mike or Leta is unavailable.
